If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags and object documentation included.
Because ERRATA objects are handmade, small variations in texture, finish, shape or colour may occur. These variations are part of the character of the object and are not considered defects.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned once the protective seal or packaging has been opened, except in the case of a verified defect.
Custom-made or personalised objects cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
